KM Terminal and Logistics Ltd is the Joint Venture Company between the Kerry Logistics Network Ltd and the Mother Logistics Co.,Ltd. wich is set up for operating the dry ports in Yangon and Mandalay as well as the rail operation between the two facilities.A signing Ceremony took place on 3rd April 2017 in Nay Pyi Taw.Total project costs USD 55,000,000 which had made out largely by overseas funding including equity investments form Kerry Logistics Network Ltd and Mother Logistics Co., Ltd. are firmly committed to deliver sophisticated and modern Dry Ports and Railway Operation, thus ensuring economic uplift to the people of Myanmar.

Directly conncect transportation from Yangon river port to Yangon (Ywar Thar Gyi) and Madalay (Myint Nge).
